Botanic House Restaurant and Farm Cove Kiosk have a unique and open layout over two levels that comfortably allows for café and à la carte dining plus a range of private functions including weddings, engagements, christenings, birthdays etc. We want you! We’re looking for a Full-time Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant café kitchen at Farm Cove. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and eager to grow into a strong future leader within our team. Key Responsibilities & Skills: • Fast-paced service with a focus on quality • Stock control and food safety knowledge • Strong communication and leadership skills • Flexible with hours and able to work busy weekends • Able to support and assist across our kitchen department • Positive, team-focused attitude This is a great opportunity to learn, develop, and grow your career in a supportive, high-performing team.
